Workshops and courses
Since the courses are self-paced, you will get access to all of the learning content immediately upon enrollment. Students are eligible for a refund within 30 days if they’re not satisfied with the course content. To avoid abuse of the refund policy, students are only eligible for a refund if they watched less than 50% of the course content. If you have found that the course is not for you, you can ask for a full refund. After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable. Claire Droppert is not obligated to give policy refunds in the situations listed: you claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund.

Adobe Lightroom Presets packs
Claire Droppert’s Lightroom Preset packs are digital downloads, and therefore non-refundable.

Prints
The Limited edition prints in the webshop can only be replaced/refunded if the print is damaged during delivery, or if there is a fault with the print. The damaged print would need to be posted back to the print shop and then a replacement or refund would be issued.
